I'd say blame should go both to the QB and WR for that one. Wynton recognizes that he needs to run better routes. Brock recognizes that he needs to make some changes in his delivery. Once the two click, everything will be fine.

IT IS NOT GOOD, and we are afraid to put the ball in the air.Chris Lang wrote:Putting his arms out might have made you guys feel better, but it wasn't going to get him any closer to a touchdown. LU Notebook: Rocco says Jennings questionable for Saturdayhttp://newsadvance.com/servlet/Satellit ... th=!sports

Liberty running back Rashad Jennings' status for Saturday's Big South opener against Gardner-Webb is still undetermined.
Jennings walked around Tuesday with an air cast protecting his injured right ankle, and LU coach Danny Rocco ruled Jennings "questionable" for Saturday.
Jennings, who leads the conference with 763 rushing yards, sustained the injury on his first carry of the second half last Saturday against William & Mary when he was dragged out of bounds from behind after blasting down the left sideline for a 62-yard gain. Jennings left with a high ankle sprain and didn't return.
Jennings didn't practice Monday or Tuesday and Rocco said his status would be evaluated after this afternoon's practice.
"Hopefully, we'll get him back soon," Rocco said. "At this stage, he's questionable for this game. I don't want to say he's doubtful, because I'm hopeful he'll be ready to play. But he's no better than questionable."
Liberty defensive end Jason Horn is out at least 3-5 weeks after sustaining a fractured fibula in practice last week. The team explored asking the NCAA for a medical redshirt for Horn, but he had already played in five games, so there's little chance the redshirt would be granted. A best-case scenario, Rocco said, has Horn returning for Liberty's final two games - Nov. 11 against Charleston Southern and Nov. 18 at VMI.
Kicking change
Rocco shifted around his team's kicking duties after Ben Beasley missed three field goals and Zac Kolegue had an extra point blocked against William & Mary.
Kolegue will now handle all extra-point and field-goal duties, with Beasley concentrating on punts and kickoffs.
Also, Rocco said he planned on making some personnel changes along the offensive line for the kicking units. William & Mary's Cortenous Herbert blew through the center of Liberty's line nearly untouched to block Kolegue's PAT in the second quarter, a point that was crucial in the Tribe's 14-13 victory.
"We'll continue to evaluate personnel," Rocco said. "I'd rather not say who or where, because that's just going to draw attention to some things. But we definitely have rotated some different bodies, bigger body types, in there to help solidify that."
Common foe
Gardner-Webb led Glenville State 21-10 last Saturday and was driving to get into field-goal range at the end of the first half when something odd happened.
Glenville State's Lawrence Bethea intercepted a Devin Campbell pass, and the entire GWU defense thought Bethea was down.
Instead, Bethea squirted out of a pile and ran 78 yards for a touchdown, and instead of GWU heading to halftime firmly in control, the Bulldogs had a fight on their hands from the Division II Pioneers.
Gardner-Webb eventually won 31-23, but not before allowing another long touchdown via turnover (Jacob Lilly's 68-yard fumble return with less than five minutes to play).
"They earned 10 points," GWU coach Steve Patton said. "We gave them the other 13."
Liberty beat Glenville State 31-7 in Week 2, so there is a common opponent to judge the teams heading into Saturday's Big South opener at Williams Stadium.
Glenville State appears to be a completely changed team, though.
Gone is the spread offense Liberty faced. Instead, GSC installed wide receiver Tavon McGee at quarterback and is running the option. McGee threw for 118 yards and ran for 91 against GWU.
