Let's give them their third 1 point loss of the year.

that looks like a very questionable schedule that they have played.

Not really. They lucked out by not having to play New Hampshire in conference (or maybe New Hampshire lucked out by not having to play them.) 3 non-conference games were against FBS Syracuse, Morgan State (a playoff team, though granted a weak one) and Fordham. 2 1-point losses on the road away from an undefeated season. Don't look now, but their QB has better numbers than Vad, both passing and running. 34 TDs with only 3 interceptions and ran for almost 1000 yards

The Richmond loss tells me they are a team we can beat, but I have to say their resume looks better than CCU's. Best FCS team we have played. We won't beat them with 4 turnovers like we did JMU.

A vivid memory from my childhood is an LU game at city stadium against Villanova in what mustve been the late 80s. My dad and I walked down the sidelines the whole game. Back when you could still do that sort of thing.

Their QB seems to be in the same mold as Ross and Lee - dual threat. Maybe that's a good thing

This is a VERY strong opponent. Robertson is an exceptional quarterback. But frankly they are not invincible. We have reached the Sweet 16 of the FCS and you can expect nothing but strong teams to be left in the field. Guess what? We are one of them as well.

Robertson won the Jerry Rice award the year Josh was a finalist I believe

If we can kill the turnovers and play the same D we have played the last 2 weeks, we can and will win this game. Anyone else still shocked we overcame 4 TOs? WOW. This team can do anything at this point.

Because we earned it! That's something to be very very proud of doing.

These guys are good, but what do you expect at this point? Just a few days ago people were picking JMU as their sleeper to make a deep run in the playoffs.

We're going to need the second half defense that's shown up @Coastal and @JMU to be big. At this point, anything can happen. It seems like we've caught fire. Hope we can keep it going.

Yes, the Holy War is on Saturday (St. Joe's & Nova)... but that game starts at 1 PM and is a home game for Nova this year. I would expect the home crowd to arrive closer to game time an be pretty.... um "lathered up" so to say. BTW - we don't want anything to do with the Nova basketball team this year. Legit title contenders again. We have a shot on the gridiron though! I have never rooted against the Cats in my life... but this Saturday it is #BeatNOVA!!

Not sure if it means anything, but there SOS is worse than JMU

is this the same as The Program, with a battle of the Qb's. I wonder how much "extra" Woodrum plays with when compared to these other QB's. Remember as a football player your ego is rather huge. So far he is plus one

What are you looking at for SOS? NCAA.org has us at 2 and Nova at 13. Warren Nolan has us at 3, Nova at 25 and JMU at 29.

Nothing against the rest of their team (which is very good), but Robertson is the centerpiece of their team. If we can contain him, we have a great shot to win.
