You know the drill for home games...and I know that 99 percent of us will probably pick us to lose based on yesterday so how much?

We lose, what difference does it make by how much? Obviously hope I am wrong, but after 40 years of pulling for LU, I am finally a believer, big game no way we win. Don't see it turning around before I assume room temperature. Should have been a Cubs fan.

Yeah. Come on all of you fair weather negitive nellies. Pick us to lose simply because we lost to a better team Saturday. Let's just hang up the season and forfeit every other game. Good grief!

I predict a tight game with Liberty winning 28-24
The 4,100 pre-registered alumni will push us over 20,000 in attendance.

Don't really care what the score is, just win it. Not too confident we can though.
I'll go with 2-0 Liberty

I
You are a young strong valued member, née a leader of my hordes. Your trust and opinion is valued.
Many factors played into this number.
On the Liberty side, I am a fan of Gill and not the biggest fan of Rocco. If I were choosing a coach, I chose Gill
Coastal was a big game last year and Gills team pulled it off.
These factors played into me wanting to pick Liberty
BUT
Richmond knows they can beat us
Richmond and Rocco have something to prove
We are Liberty, and tend to not win these games in spectacular fashion
And........I am the Potentate of the :flamingdevil and it would be unseemly for me to be seen sipping :koolaid

Richmond maybe finishes .500 on the season, they really aren't that good, so they won't blow us out. They will however win on a last second field goal.

Richmond 20

LU 17

There is no way Richmond is good enough to blow us out completely unless Rocco stops being an idiot and plays his best QB then entire game. If he does then we get blown out.

Wait, what? :dontgetit

Have you looked at their remaining schedule? I think that they and the rest of the CAA are slightly overrated this season, but Richmond is probably going to be 8-4 or 9-3. In a game where they made a lot of stupid mistakes and decisions, they lost to top 10 UNH by 3 after they scored a touchdown with :19 in the 4th.

After about 6 months of working multiple angles, I finally convinced the wife to go camping this weekend...at Holiday Lake...in Appomattox. It seems that somehow corresponds with some random football game in Lynchburg on Saturday.

My 3-year-old daughter will be ultra-cranky during the 4th quarter, so I expect her to lead the home side to making a crazy amount of noise. Danny Turncoat Rocco won't know what hit him.
LU-28, UR-24.
20,003 in attendance thanks to my amazing ability to add 4 fannies in the seats. You're welcome.

Our Defense is suspect at times and our Offense sputters at times. This is a bad combination. But I can't pick us to lose.

I can't see Liberty rebounding against Richmond. Last weeks game was hard to watch and I don't expect this week to be any better. I still want our team to win, just can't see it happening.

I just dont know how you can pick us to win any if these type games until we do. Essentially we have the ball state youngstown state and elon as decent non conference wins. Thats 3 in about 15 opportunites or so since 07. Richmond 27 to 24.

+1 (maybe on another 57-yard field goal for dramatic effect at homecoming, and 20,000 charge the field and rip down the goal posts!).
