Cody Banks holds six offers. The 2015 Richmond (Va.) Freeman lineman spoke with Scout.com about his recruitment, future and more.

”I’ve kind of taken a break from recruiting, so I can focus on my team,” said Cody Banks. “But I have offers from Old Dominion, Liberty, Marshall, NC State, East Carolina and Maryland.

”Maryland, NC State and Liberty are recruiting me as an offensive lineman and ECU, Marshal1 and Old Dominion are recruiting me to play defensive line.”

Along with the schools that have offered, the 6-foot-6, 260-pound Banks is attracting interest from Clemson, North Carolina and West Virginia.

The biggest thing I noticed watching his offensive highlights, he was very physical, but he kept a very high attack angle. if he signs with us (or anyone really), he needs to work on that or he is going to get beat...a lot

well he'll at least get a good tan, if his footbwork doesn't pan out in the sunshine state, as those DE's will speed rush him and then bull him all day long.
