We also have JT Bradwell coming this fall BJ, but I would not say just because someone like Masha is here before him that he will be his backup. Masha and this kid entering his Senior year of HS have something in common. Neither has taken a snap in college, and in fact Masha is still behind walkon Shashaty on the depth chart. All we know now is Woodrum is probably the starter the next 2 years. We will no doubt sign a QB this year, whether it is this kid or someone else. We do that because you really need at least 4 QBs on the roster for depth and to simulate opponents on the scout team. The one who plays the best will be the future starter.

A fair point olldflame, and I will concede that for sure that its no assurance he will back masha up come 2016 (if he signs here that is)

Guess those Red Hawks give him a better chance to see the field, maybe not win but at least see the field. That 2-10 record def says they could use his help
