Actually this is fine for this forum with LU being the focus and it really not having an impact on actual realignment.
My fantasy leagues would be easy:

Of course, I may be a bit biased toward teams in the Greater Houston area. Those schools out of Houston area may or may not be selected based on enjoying a weekend in their cities or just because I like the idea of our beating the Mormons & Catholics.

I did leave them out. Didn't want it to get too big. I also left out USC and Syracuse.
