The football team is to be commended for having a fine and successful season. Some of my preseason hopes and goals were met... well one of them was at least.

Win at least 8 regular season games.
Win the Big South Conference.
Beat Coastal.
Beat Kent St.
Finish in the Top #25.
Win at least one game in the playoffs.

I just don't see us making the playoffs with an at large bid. But it sure would be nice. I am already looking forward to next year. We have some mighty good players to replace though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see us slide into the bottom of the Top 25 in the final polls. But like the playoffs, it is not likely. But I love being surprised and it is possible.
