I was not impressed with Des early in the year but he really has turned it around and become "the man" at RB. Adding to that the fact that he is on his way to joining a very elite group (with 124 yards in the next 2 games) and things are looking very good at RB come spring ball 2014

Glad they won, but it was very unimpressive.

May be better than driving to Chapel Hill to watch that UVA non-performance. BSC football is full of less than spectacular play.

Frankly, the Big South has never looked this strong IMHO. With other at large folks dropping games today and with two more weeks for others to drop, I still think that if we win out that we have a shot at an at-large. Yeah, I am being overly optimistic. But that's how I roll.
As for the game itself, that PC freshman looks like he is going to be a force to be reckoned with in coming years. He really looked sharp today. On our side of the ball, our RBs looked solid. It would have been nice to give Lunsford a chance to rebuild his confidence with a FG. But he took care of business on the PATs.

I don't think that he ought to be fired for not blowing teams out, decent or otherwise.

10,654 on a cfaw weekend is terrible, is that accurate?
Our offense once again was unimpressive but somehow we ended up blowing them out. I am always glad when we win but I am not seeing much growth on the offensive side of the ball this season which is disappointing.

The crowd was way off but I didn't think it was that low, After halftime yeah that number was probably close and by the 4th qtr not hardly anyone was left in the stadium.

When I was walking in from Doc's at 3:30, the upper deck was almost empty! And I couldn't figure out why, esp. with it being CFAW and an extra 2,000 people on campus.
The men's basketball game against Randolph last night drew almost as many fans as our football game did.

Disappointing to say the least...we haven't had a crowd of less than 10,000 at Williams Stadium in some time if Im not mistaken

Perhaps the possibility of having a share of the Big South Championship will draw a crowd next week.

maybe it's just me but stamm is not mixing up the offense. it's always run, run, pass. and when he does pass on first down its always deep. it's predictable. and he never has crossing routes for josh, it's always either deep passes or screen passes. again maybe it's just me but it it seems like it 99% of the time.

Definitely more crossing routs. Is Dante Shells still on the team? Gabe and Petey seem to be Josh's targets. Runnig game looked good. BSC has a lot of pretty talented QBs most of them are Freshmen or Sophomores. PC QB looked very poised for a freshmen.

And since we can't seem to win it outright what's that make us?

I can see the Big South getting at large this year. Unfortunately I don't see it being Liberty. Even if we beat CSU.

If GW beats CSU and we beat CSU, it may be possible, but not likely. We really don't deserve it, but would be happy to go.

Shells had a big catch to set up I believe the last touchdown

Finally a game where we wear down the other team! Our running backs should be pounding the whole 4th quarter. Our bread and butter, over the middle passes, are rarely used? Woodrum cant throw the long ball with any velocity.( Or as its called---the up for grabs pass). Running backs should finish the game on flumes!

Gill out-coached the Presby HC: that faked punt deep in their own territory seemed to turn the momentum our way for the win.
