This is the last game before Richmond goes into CAA play, and coming off a loss to G-W, Coach Rocco is not going to want to lose two in a row to Big South teams, regardless of his past allegiance to Liberty. If Liberty can get a balanced attack that keeps the Strauss and the Spiders off the field, I think the Flames win this one. That said, I do think Coach Rocco will get his boys up for the game and I think Liberty falls in a tight one

Richmond 27
Liberty 24

I've been picking richmond from the get go soon as this game showed up on the schedule. its like a personal debate I had on my show last week. my heart wanted to pick Amherst and my head wanted Lake Taylor. my head won out...I had the same debate picking this game and my head won out there too and I'm sticking to my guns

Talk about biting the hand that feeds ya! Plus, he has a Rocco team winning a close game
The Apocalypse is truly nigh when the ultimate homer and beneficiary of free AD tickets picks against his benefactors squad :brownbag

Maybe he's trying to be hip and edgy? Next stop PBR?

Now I would pay to see BJ on a bucking bull.

Hunter, you've got to put Purple's abbreviation in context. He's a WVU man, so PBR is not a "bull riding" reference; instead, it has to do with Blue Ribbons (and not the kind at fabric stores) and Morgantown trailer park beverages.

One of my friends-acquaintances made a good point. Since this game is at Richmond there may be alternative motives for BJ's predictions.......
