Anybody on here who has been reading the excellent work by Manson and the boys at Flames Nation probably has followed their top 10 storylines heading into 2013. Well today they posted the #1 storyline:

http://www.libertyflamesnation.com/2013 ... 3635622123

Interesting fact: Over the course of the streak, the margin of victory has been 7 points or fewer only three times: 2011 vs. Presbyterian (7 points), 2011 vs. VMI (6 points) and 2012 vs. Gardner-Webb (7 points). Of the other 15 games, the margin has been 14 points exactly three times (2012 vs. CSU, 2012 vs. #6 Stony Brook and 2006 vs. CSU), 20 points one time (2008 vs. Gardner-Webb) and 30 or more points 11 times, and every team in the Big South has been beaten by 30+ at least once.

All that said...the only way we win the conference this year is if we get that streak to 21 games in a row, whether we win every game by one point, 10 points, or 50 points.

Indeed...anyway games have gotten much closer during the latter part of the streak as opposed to early, when we basically destroyed everybody and the band played a whole bunch of renditions of the fight song before all was said and done
