He "Gavin" said he really liked working with Coach Singletary at LU's camp. Headed to Western Illinois camp this weekend then wrapping up with Furman, UNC Charlotte, Towson and Wake Forest

Thanks for the insight, Gator82. Don't be shy about sharing with us.

Macomb may be a bit of culture shock for him compared to the other schools you listed. He'll wonder how so many things can be made from pork.

We had a great visit with the DE Coach 2 weeks ago on campus at Western Ill, it was about a 4 hour drive from Chicago. We really would like for him to be a little closer to Raleigh

We have some posters on here with a great deal of knowledge of WIU. I went to high school near there. Hopefully it works out for him to be in Lynchburg.

With Bah and Freeman graduating we would have scholarships available for defensive ends so I hope we take a shot at him.

He is very explosive off the snap in passing situations and gets into the backfield very well. Another thing I like, which is actually kinda underrated among defensive players these days, is his good tackling form. He doesnt hit too high, wraps up and finishes the tackle all the way to the ground. With so many players arm tackling or trying to just make the "big hit", its nice to have a player that is solid in his fundamentals.

BJ from your mouth to Coach Gills ears. Gavin ran a 4.65 forty at Austin Peay and a 4.45 shuttle.9.5 long jump... offered same day of camp. Liberty is very high on his list-ours as well for selfish reasons "location" lol. A few of the bigger schools in the mix see him as a OLB. Thanks for the input and evaluation
