Signing Day 2013

I know its a few days early but I thought Id start this with the announcement of the second annual "Evening With Turner Gill"
Next Wednesday, Liberty Athletics will provide around the clock coverage of Flames Football Signing Day, capped off with the 2013 Liberty Flames Football Signing Day event hosted by head coach Turner Gill in the Williams Football Operations Center (FOC).

Well tomorrow is the football coach's Christmas Day so I thought Id bump this up. Can a mod sticky this thread so that as announcements come in they can be posted here?

some minor inconsistency in reported positions but thats expected.

This is one of those days in the office that is both fun and crazy stressful for college football staffs. Which is why i'm holed away in my office checking on you guys instead of hanging out upstairs

Looks like they are going to use Hunt on defense and possibly Brucki as well. That makes more sense than bringing in 7 OL.

I don't ever remember us getting such big players. The average size of our OL has to be somewhere in the range of 6'5 - 290/300 lbs.

ummmmm Didn't this rule just change? texting and social media are free game again aren't they?

a pretty big class... still not sure what that means; other than GILL finally has his first group in.
nice job by the coaching staff to secure these guys... did we actually lose anyone today?

No, both Toddrick & Josh have been on Twitter this AM talking about signing with us but neither confirm they have done it.

FWIW: as of 6 min ago Ball State's twitter listed 9 guys and Toddrick Macon was NOT one of them

Everybody that we know about has sent in their letter of intent. Anything else would be a big surprise. But the way the school was hinting at more a few minutes ago just before Josh sent his in indicates there could be a lingering letter.
