I was checking out pictures from the chancellor's kickoff last night and it got me to thinking...We had Rocco Town the night before home games the last couple years, with TG now the coach, think that would be a good tradition to keep around?

It is going to be continued as GillVille. They are currently looking for an RA to be a mayor for each game.

Gill City a much better choice. Hill City obviously and we could also play some Starship at the games which I know Haize would enjoy.

Just an update on "Gillville"

Gillville had 118 people stay the night before this week's game against Gardner-Webb. Compared to RoccoTown, as far as I know it never got over 25 people. Also game 1 and 2 this year had roughly 25 and 55 in that order I've heard. Found a Facebook page that has been made for it too. It seems they are really pushing it. There was an article in the Liberty Champion last week as well.

Bama, I also noticed--for the first time--2 RVs parked near the Extended Stay hotel on the grass that used to be a hill before LU cleared it off. If Gill 'Ville starts allowing RVs to camp on campus, this could mushroom like crazy for alumni, faculty/staff, and parents getting involved!

HMO, make that happen! (and, yes, you can take credit for it)

Why don't you wait til wins a conference title before you go naming things... Typical FF jumping the gun.

I dont think that it should be opened up like that though. Its a good thing just to have it be for the students and they seem to be doing quite well without too many extra cooks in the kitchen.

To BSK...you only wish your school had enough student support that hundreds of kids camp out the night before games

You keep losing to Norfolk St and barely beat the school from Cold Springs, I mean Boiling Springs, no one will be camping out for anything...

Think about how pathetic his life must be that he is another school's board all the time.

My school doesn't have football, but we do have Ruth Chris on campus...

It wouldn't surprise me won bit if LU wins the conference and then Gill-Ville takes off for greener pastures.... Now that would be comical.

You may have the trump card on the Ruth's Chris

I hope if Gill does leave for greener pastures he leaves the program in better shape then he found it.
