Coming in from Pittsburgh for the same ProudPapa73; lets pray that the weather will hold for the scrimmage and activities. Long term forecast is calling for thundershowers in Lynchburg Saturday...

I'll be there with Flame Convert and Figuring It Out, and we'll be tailgating and "partying like it's our birthday!" (Figure quote).

According to some sources in athletics the game could be pushed to either Friday or Monday, if there is a good chance of bad weather.

when will they announce it? Definitely messes up my plans. I can't make it there on a weekday night.

I'll be there with Mrs. JK. Other fam will be around. Thought about tailgating, but weather + invitation to Flames Club lunch made me change my mind.

We have ~10 families coming and plan to tailgate starting at 10:30 (bookstore lot). If you need a group to tailgate with let me know. Hoping for good weather.

We will be there (4) for the flames club meal at noon and game. GO FLAMES!

I done caught the Flames fever, and the only thing that'll cure it is more Flames football at Gill City.

Tailgating on the Grassy Knoll with the finest folks in the Burg, and hoping the forecasted scattered thunderstorms hold off until after the game!

Was hoping to get up there sigmo .... but they double my hours over at PTI, international furniture market's in town. Tell Nick he did a good job with the interview. See you guys in Winston Salem.

Already looked at it Ronnie .... was going to invite manson, but I don't have any scheduled time off then and wouldn't know if I could get any until later.

It seems like the spring game excited has died down over the past 2-3 years. It was starting to become a really big event and seems to have lost its luster. Is that just my perception or is it like that on campus too?

Not on campus here, but I am more excited about spring football than I have ever been.

We have know clue who has the inside track on the depth chart, that is interesting to me.

i will be there...your rain jacket will come in handy SHORTY. ....LOL. go back to the guard shack and watch some tv after you wash the smart car.

As of now the game is still on for Saturday with the plan to move it to Monday if weather doesnt hold out. Right now it looks like the storms may hold off for the game but its really a wait and see kind of thing. Athletics will send out something ASAP if the time does change.

Should be there... Looking forward to seeing the team operate and see how different atmosphere is going to be post Rocco.
