I could have fun with his name. Pretty impressive kid.

When I saw this thread, I just about jumped out of my skin! This kid is from a great family. His parents both worked with me in Daytona Beach. Tal was a student in the elementary school where I was administrator.

Quality folks is all I gotta say. If he plays ball with the same work ethic as his whole family has, we better try to snag him up.

He's so slow though.

I'm assuming you're being sarcastic because you can't assume that because he is white that he is slow. Pat Kelly is going to be our number one receiver next year most likely and he has got a set of wheels like nobody's business(He's got what 4 TDs of 50 yards or more in his career?). Is there video of him anywhere?

That does not imply anything to do with race. Perhaps he's seen this kid play. Or seen his 40 time.

his 40 time on the ESPN profile is 5.18. Sorry BJ that is extremely slow for a wide reciever.

No it doesnt...just uninformed (until BiggAl posted the info he did). Definitely something that would Im sure give our coaches pause about whether to look at him seriously or not

Come on BJ, do you actually think he would come out and say flat out that the kid is slow just because he is white? His 40 time was right there in the profile. The only player in our entire starting defense last year who can't run a faster 40 than that is Asa. Francis Bah weighs like 290 now and runs a sub 4.8.

I dont typically click the ESPN or Rivals links. I usually focus on the film because I like being able to see these guys in game action

Seriously BJ? Click on the link and quit pulling the race card. 5.18 is slow for a wideout any day of the week, especially for his size and frame.

something is fishy or his whole team is slow. Go to ESPN Profile and click his hometown and see all the kids from Foundation and almost all the players are in the 5+ time.
