When a conference is recruiting us as a prospective member, who has a greater responsibility in selling our school ? Is it the A.D. or Chancelor ?

How does it feel to be the sole reason our basketball team is terrible?
Seriously though I would like to know more info on the facility upgrades and when they are going to release renderings of the baseball stadium!

I'd just let him know that this interview would be the perfect time to break the FBS news to the public.

Are we looking for a DIA conference that already has an established Quiz Bowl tournament?

man, that was hard to read. I'd expect that from a 10 year old and maybe a community college english prof. But not a 4 year college educator.

Is A- the best you can do?
Was Coach Gill the kind of person looking for a house with a pool or without?
What uniforms are we going with next year?
When it comes to stewed prunes are 2 enough or are 3 too many?

"Let me show you something fascinating. See this here? We call this an evangecube. Liberty is the only school in the country that has one of these in their athletics office. Now let me show you how it works. This picture shows our facilities. Look at that. Wow. Now watch me fiddle around an.... hold on. Mickey come here and work this thing for me. Ok now you see the cube morph into my next talking point, Jerry Jr. Jerry is a miracle and here's why: he's a college president, AND he cares about Liberty Athletics. Bet you don't see too many of those in your conference. This next picture you see is Danny Rocco up on that hill over there. Let's just say he basically gave up his job so that Asa Chapman could play football, even though he really should have been banished from the team. Oooo now take a look at this next one. We didn't even have to change the picture. It's a stone in front of a cave, where they used to bury people. It represents the death of your Men's Basketball coaching career if you come here. That's actually unrelated to this presentation, isn't it? Finally, you see this picture of me with light beams streaming from behind me. It's the end of our pitch. That was great, huh? Now, the Barnes & Noble on campus sells these, although they're a bit pricey. BUT you can get them on Touchdown Tuesday for only $45.95!"
THIS.

The reference to Mickey G made me smile. You talk about the unsung hero of the athletic department, that guy needs a Lifetime Achievement award!
