Yeah, that's what I've heard, but I'm still going to leave them on here

Does "preferred walk on" just mean they're on the team but not on scholarship but may get a scholarship at some point??

Does it make sense to add Jibrelle Fewell w/an asterik? I realize he's already enrolled and that he's a JC transfer, but he's an important part of this first class for Gill.

Understood, but I'm not going to. This is for kids who will be signing (or hopefully will be) NLIs on 2/1.

Is this going to be the most highly touted class in the program's history?

We need more numbers before you could say that IMO but if you're looking solely from a quality stand point you could have an arguement. It will be interesting to see what kind of talent Gill & staff gain bring in with a whole year to recruit.

I have a feeling we have a slew of kids that we don't know about yet due to the coaching changes. This has the potential to be the best class I can remember. But Rocco signed some strong classes in recent years.

Do you think the KU players being released has something to do with our small high school class so far? I guess I'm thinking maybe we'll get a few transfers so Gill is keeping some schollies open.

Frankly I have no idea how many commits we have right now. With all of the changes around here, it is tough to know where to look to find them. We'll have a much better picture with the Class of 2013 once we learn more about how the new staff recruits.

There has to be several off the radar because so far you can connect all the current guys other than Abnar and Fewell to the prior staff. There's so much fluidity to the situation that i'm sure there will be several we hadn't seen before Wednesday. Remember we picked up ryan ayers right before the season last year as well.

If sly doesn't know where to look i'd say we will just have to wait haha.

Sly,

Heard we got a commit from a WR from Alabama. Do you know who we were recruiting from there and who it might be?

This may have been posted, but on libertyflames.com it says the event revealing the class will be steamed live on Facebook. I was hoping it'd be available online.
