Those who are Redskin fans know of his success, those who aren't here's his wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darrell_Green

I think it's definitely a long shot candidate. I doubt he's even interested in coaching. So, I'm only bringing him up because I think he would be an awesome fit here at Liberty. He had an outstanding playing career. Furthermore, he also has NFL ties as well as ties into the Texas recruiting market. All I'm saying is, you have to take a chance on somebody, and who better than a guy who's public about his faith and has been successful?

I agree with BYD, I work for a Redskins blog (www.HogsHaven.com, shameless plug) and knowing DG there is no chance. Awesome dude, not a college coach though. Jacoby is coaching at Shenandoah now, Samuels a HS in bama, and of course Grimm at AZ.

I forgot about Grimm. We're known for bringing in NFL assistants, we should give him a chance.
