This guy Brian Hudson is definately the real deal. Not only is he the strongest and most physical, but he is more accurate and appears to be more mobile than Brennan. He came from what appears to be an excellent AAA football program in High School and was heavily recruited by alot of D-1 schools. I found out He completed over 75% of his passes in 4 years with only 2 pics and no fumbles and took them to playoffs 4 straight years
He seemed to be very poised and looked real good in limited action this year. I've seen some unbelievable video on the internet as well. I'm sure we would have seen alot more of him if we didn't have such close games down the stretch.
Can't wait to get a good look at him in the spring. Number 18 is really going to open some eyes.

While I appreciate your opinion and enthusiasm for Hudson, I just don't believe he's our best QB on the roster. He was the least "heralded" recruit of the 4 QBs we have on the roster. That doesn't really mean too much though. And did you watch the 2nd half of the CSU game? That was his only meaningful game play to this point of his career, and it was a complete disaster. I think we had 0 first downs, no I'm not exaggerating. 0 first downs in a half against an 0-11 team!

He's had 3 years already. Apparently he hasn't been able to "open some eyes" yet. I hope he does well, a strong spring competition is needed to push them all to be better. I have heard a lot of good things about Woodrum as well. And Henderson will be playing, whether at QB or not remains to be seen.

though practice does not equate to games, i watched a lot of practices this year and hudson looked better than brennan and even though it was ky. wesleyan i thought hudson outplayed brennan in that game. i feel like brennan regressed this year. I think woodrum could be the guy, but who know??? it will be a wide open race for sure.

I love a good quarterback controvery in the off season.
