Liberty budget numbers

came across this about Memphis being dropped to FCS....
Financially, the benefits of a drop to, say, the FCS level are unclear. The average FCS program spent $2.7 million on football in 2009, according to U.S. Department of Education data. The biggest spender, Liberty University, spent $7.5 million that year.

That would be the year the money was spent on the stadium, right?

oops it's the latest that i've posted (10-11) so it doesn't include JMU's expansion, which would probably bump up their numbers
