I’m looking forward to the next 3 years with Sigmo, 2 years with Scotty, and next year with Vinson. Next year could be the best group of linebackers we’ve ever had. Those 3 are VERY good.

The defense as a whole. Our DBs are very talented as well.I agree about the LBs. Since I have been following flames football, Nick Sigmon is the best ball hawk I have seen.

Sigmon really does stand out. Wait until he really understands the game, he's going off of instinct and physical ability now. Barring injury, he looks like someone who could be in the discussion for best LB in school history.

hope you guys realize yall made me feel pretty crappy after reading those posts. after every game i always have questions for him on plays that i think he screwed up on. maybe i will start just telling him good game and give him a hug. but after 14 years it might be too hard of a habit for me to break. lol

How fitting that the two game changing plays in OT came from the local products (Scott Hyland and Nick Sigmon)

I think Sigmon is the best MLB we have had here since Manny Rojas. He may not have the speed as KO did last year but he fills the hole fast and is a great tackler. I love watching this kid play!

Y'know, I was thinking about you last week after the game, wishing that you hadn't left the board so we could let you know what we thought of how well Nick's doing. Glad you came back by!

Dont forget about Jimmy O'Grady, he tore his acl against Robert Morris, and i've seen this kid play when he was at Hargrave and this kid is the real deal, he will give scott a run for his money next year!
