I ordered mine about 2 months ago...I got them last week, I think. I would call the ticket office, they can somehow tell if they've been sent out. They send them via FedEx...make sure you don't have some kind of sticker outside that says you weren't home and need to sign or something like that.
i just called the ticket office, and they said they could not find my order. after about 15 minutes they found it and sais they will ship them out today. i told them to just hold on to them and i will pick them up! maybe the ticket office should be next on JB's list to fix.
