Well, the completion date has been pushed back ever since the 1st day it didn't arrive. All processes that have gone in to this seem to have taken way over the estimated time. Here we are on the last step that is supposed to take 3 days (it was started 4 days before the first game  )

I guessed Wednesday. I'm sure JB will give them an earful so that they finish as soon as humanly possible which I figure will be in the nick of time.

If not, we can expect Hail, Fire, and Brimstone on them.

or someone else said something about INS, if all else just give them a call. I mean the only real reason we allow so many mexicans to come here illegally and stay is so that they can work, but if they work like this, maybe they should just hire liberty students. i would have done it for the right price

Right. The head student would just hire a bunch of his friends and no work would ever get done. It's the Student Life work model.

One more reason not to tear down the goalposts after a big win...they would never go back up.

01LUgrad ... that is TOO FUNNY.

I really hope they're done in time. I doubt anyone remembers, but two years ago at a Birgingham Southern away basketball game...Birgingham Southern had problems with their shot clock, I think they were working on it before the game started...but they never got it working...so they had a guy with a microphone that would count in 5 second intervals...and then when there was 5 seconds left, he'd start counting down...like they were going to have lift-off.

I am voting and hoping it is done in time!

I remember listening to that game on the radio! They had to stop the game about five times just to fix the clock and I remember, our play-by-play announcer, Jerry Edwards was getting quite annoyed by the whole thing. He made a joke on the air that maybe they should just have someone with a stopwatch yell out a 25-second countdown and, ten minutes later, sure enough, that's exactly what they decided to do. I laughed hard.

Working through the night... that's what we heard when the turf actually arrived to make up for the time they missed.. and then it sat for a couple days. I'll stick with my prediction of Wednesday.

Don't forget that we have had a lot of temps in the 90s the last few days so if they do work tonight its because of that. I made an observation about that on the Turf project thread
