Interestingly JMU moves up 6 spots after barely beating Central Connecticut, yet we destroy a team from the same conference as Central Connecticut who won that conference last season and is a favorite to win it this year and we move up 2.. Let the discussion begin!

once again it shows how little respect we get, but as manson stated, the next two weeks are a prime opportunity to show the FCS world what LU football is all about.

Robert Morris is not a favorite to win the NEC this year. CCSU is the unquestioned favorite.

These early polls aren't worth the paper they're written on. It's an illogical numbers game. Teams in front of us lost, we moved up. Those teams fell between JMU and LU, so Liberty didn't move up. I don't know that I'd take it as a lack of respect as much as I'd take it as a lack of knowledge, concern, etc.
But you guys are right. You win the next two weeks and you've got nothing to worry about.

I, for one, am happy JMU moved up. Just looks that much better if we beat them. (Not counting my beach chickens before they're hatched) Looks a whole lot better to beat #13 by two touchdowns than it does #19. That's assuming we score 24+ points... oy vey. no further comment.

who cares...do the job. Honestly i like being rated lower, keeps the bullseye off our back longer. Adds more inspiration for the next few weeks.
