Newark (Del.) athlete Taylor Reynolds has flown under the radar in the First State thus far, but boasts a handful of offers and has hit the camp scene for more.

"I have seven scholarship offers right now, so everything is going well," he said. "I'm looking forward to getting more and working harder. Elon, Delaware, James Madison, Delaware State, Old Dominion and Bucknell have offered me so far.

"I went to Penn State's camp, I went to Maryland's camp and I just got back from Rutgers' camp yesterday. The coaches said that I performed well as an athlete and a quarterback."

The 6-foot, 185-pound Reynolds was an all-state pick as a quarterback as a junior, though he said he would play anywhere at the next level. He's worked out at both wide receiver and defensive back as well.

And it appears he is back on the market but there is no indication that we are in the hunt right now. This would be a great kid to have Coach Gill visit.
Newark (DE) Post wrote:Where will Newark senior Taylor Reynolds decide to play in college? After verbally committing to James Madison, Reynolds told the Dukes he was going to continue to go through the recruiting process. He has made an official visit to UD and has visits to James Madison and William and Mary planned for January.

And don't count out the University of Richmond. The Spiders recently hired Liberty University head coach Danny Rocco, who was heavily recruiting Reynolds before his move into the CAA. The Spiders could be the "sleeper" in this entire process. My prediction? Reynolds will be successful wherever he goes, and not just on the football field (insert UD Fight Song here).
