When I was in Barber's office in June, he had an enormous flag with the new Liberty logo on it, so I assume that will be in play this year.

I'm guessing that the new flag pole being put up on the other side of the scoreboard will be flying a Flames logo flag as well?

They are getting a "new and improved" State flag logo. The people that designed the new big south logo were brought in so it actually looks exactly the same. No really I have no idea.

I will say this though. Nothing seems to get by this group of flamefans

. If the urinal cakes in the men's room has a flames logo, you will hear it here first for sure! We are all over it.

haha, so true.....talking about the bathrooms, i wish they would improve those things too, they are terrible....

I wish they would fly the state flag...I mean, the school is in Virginia, touts itself as "Virginia's Largest Private University", Falwell's a Virginian (and proud of it), the majority of the students are Virginians...FLY THE STATE FLAG...so what if its got a nipple showing.

That would have been my guess as to the reason why, if the change is a permanent one, however, the state flag is flown behind DeMoss, so there goes that reason.

today at practice the cheer leaders were out there with flags that spell out Liberty.. that's going to look nice when they run out of the tunnel with the team following them. i know that there is supposed to be a big flag that has our logo on it also.. Willimas stadium is going to look alot different for game day when this year!

im excited as usual. can't wait for bball season....lol
