The York High School Falcons football team has had ups and downs, like any high school football program. Starting back in 2003 (personal side note, I’m an ’03 alum of York) the program started to change. The 2003 team went 9-1 and lost in the first round of the Region 1 playoffs to a very highly skilled New Kent High School squad. In the years following, the Falcons started to be somewhat of a regular in the regional playoffs.
