I know the Flames Club and Ticket Office work very hard and have a lot on their plates. And I hate to complain, but it seems like this happens every year. If you promise the tickets to be shipped on a certain date, you need to deliver. As the marketing slogan goes, under-promise over-deliver.
For those who don't know, they promised the tickets would be shipped by August 15th, and this morning I got an e-mail saying they wouldn't be shipped until at least September 1.
Like I said, it seems like they continually over-promise and under-deliver.
We claim we want to be "FBS", well ALL phases of the athletic department need to perform at an FBS level.

I received my Michigan season tickets on August 1st and already mailed them out to the friends who bought them. It is sorta silly that they can't get out season tickets on time especially with the number of ticket holders LU has. Michigan can get out 100,000 tickets a month before the season starts, you think LU could get out theirs around the same time.
But as for me getting the tickets on Sept 1 is ok since the first home game is not unitl the 10th. As long as they don't mess up my parking pass I'm cool with it....

Got the same email, felt the same frustration. Not a big deal but still disappointing. (edit: they called yesterday to give me the seat location, the other guy just didn't know how to look it up evidently)

If you all would just pony up for the Club level, you would already know where your seats are! Some folks like proto get a luxury suite for that very reason

I sure would like to know what seats I have, but they are not allowed to tell me.

Season tickets are being shipped today and tomorrow
Marketing is all about delivering over and above your promises to your customers. They said not until after Sept 1 and they are getting them out a week earlier.
If they would have said that all along, there'd be no problem.

Received our club level season tickets today .... no parking pass though. Last year I think they arrived with the game tickets. I wonder if I should email them or just get ready for the NC State game and worry about it next week ..... Beat State!

If your seats are club level, you will not need a meal ticket. The food is served in the club room.

Maybe I should be concerned- my parking passes came early last week, but no club tix. Doesn't really make much sense, but if they aren't here by Friday, I'll be picking up the phone.

Same here. I received my parking passes, but not the club tickets. They will probably arrive this week.
