We are a new football family here at LU. What should we expect / plan for on media day?

welcome to the LU family! i would not expect too much on media day, just be ready for the home opener!

It's as much a team photo day as anything. I won't be there, mostly because I'm at practice nearly every day and am taking Sunday off.

Fans can mill with the players and take pictures too.

Today at Media was awesome. I have been around this program forever, and I'm pretty sure I've never seen this many huge dudes at once. It was very impressive. More importantly, what a great bunch of guys. So respectful and friendly. My sons loved it. Incidently, one that impressed me the most way Nick Sigmon. What a great respectful kid.

These guys are ready to play. I can't wait.

I agree, we also had a great time at Media Day. I thought all the players and coaches were very nice and friendly! I want to give a big thank you to #20 ( I apologize I do not know all the players names) for playing a pick-up football game on the field with my son, nephew and friends. That's all the kids talked about on the ride home on how they were playing football with a Liberty player.

I also agree with what you said about Nick Sigmon. I think he is a great kid and has great football skills! I can't wait to watch him on the field at the 1st game against N.C. State!
