I remember someone asking me about the extra cameras that were on the field for the Stony Brook game. Here is our answer http://vimeo.com/17969455 . A documentray was being filmed that day. Check out the preview. Gives me chills and makes it harder to wait until September 3rd.

JC if you watch at the end it says fall 2011...and just looking at the beginning of the trailer, we have one intense football coach...

The coolest part about this is getting to see Rocco inside the locker room. Everything in here I will have likely already seen but I've always wanted to hear Rocco's locker room speeches. His meeting ones are great. I can only imagine the locker room ones.

What a recruiting tool. It's like a scene right out of Blue Chips, only the gridiron version. Having a recruit on the field at night and clips pop up on our big screen - would be pretty sweet.

love it!!!! i wish a documentary on the whole season could happen from spring ball to hopefully a run in the NCAA. Kinda what UVA did with their building of a program series that was on comcast.

Excellent idea! This would be an opportunity to wear black uni's the entire season instead of just one game that we film! :D

And even if we didnt (very funny btw HMO), itd be an opportunity for even wider exposure for the football program and give people a chance to see more of it than just what they see in the stadium every Saturday

I will have to say that the work on this thing is well done and very professional. I never thought that the Stony Brook win was all that big a deal for us in that we expected to win and win big but that may not be the point though. A very good promotional means for us and you have to work with what you got. I look forward to watching the whole thing when it becomes available.

They'll be too busy doing Nationals and Orioles classic games or those "were you there" commercials... "Were you there, when the Nats' actually won a game? Were you there, when the O's were really bad?" you get the idea

So there's tweeting going on about getting tickets to this through the LU ticket office. Anyone know where it's going to be played? How much? etc.

it is going to be pitched to MASN, Sportssouth, and WSET to see if they will show it. on thta night may 10 there will be two showings. in between the two shows there will be a reception and some of the players, rocco, and Barber will be there to speak.
