I was talking to one of my friends about the football team next year and he mentioned a possible 4-star transfer. Does anyone know who this may be?

My friend is on the football team by the way.

I would think he is referring to Brice Butler, the WR from Southern Cal. We have a thread about him.

Your ignorance continues to show roccgroh. In VA, schools range from A to AAAAAAAA. The number of As tells you nothing except how many students go to the school. AAA is not even that large, and in any event, the size of the school is totally irrelevant when it comes to recruiting. Player ratings are far from infallible, but at least they reflect an assessment of an actual players ability, not the size of the school they went to. Good players come from schools of every size. Tiny schools like Gretna and William Campbell have produced players who went on to star at FBS programs.

I agree with you, but... don't they only go to AAA though?

I may have been in error regarding VA classifications. They go up to 8 As in some states. The main argument is that good players come from schools of all sizes, and there are also plenty of players at big schools who don't have D1 talent.

Yeah also VA has regions too which keep it from getting beyond triple A. Still your point is well taken and I agree with it.

And apparently you don't even know the difference between districts or regions...
