Brown set a Big South single-game record with 494 yards of total offense in Liberty's 54-28 victory over Stony Brook, leading the Flames to a share of the Big South football championship. He gained a career-high 160 yards on the ground and scored two rushing touchdowns, and completed 20-of-31 passes for 334 and two scores -- becoming the first player in League history to rush for 150 yards and pass for 300 yards in the same game. Brown also became the first quarterback in Big South history to pass for more than 200 yards in every game in a season, as well as the first to surpass 400 yards of total offense three times in one campaign.

Bevins set a Big South single-game record with 18 points scored against Stony Brook as he connected on 4-of-4 field goals and 6-of-6 point-after attempts. He was successful on distances of 26, 25, 50 and 42 yards in recording his fourth career game with four field goals (Big South record). Bevins also became the first kicker in League history to make two field goals from 50 yards-or-longer in one season, and notched his 11th career 10-point kicking game, which is another Conference record.
