The biggest problem here may be that Rocco tried to hide it, by calling it "unfinished business". I don't why he thought the best course would be to stay silent, did he really think this wouldn't come out?

The whole thing still had questions around it when the team left on Friday so instead of telling people his player got arrested, he told them that he had things to take care of.

cops dont make a habit of charging people that are innocent. In fact, if you've ever had to obtain a warrant you'd know how hard it can be to show probable cause. (and rightly so).
the best outcome would be that the thing gets dealt down to a misdemeanor. I can tell you that it would be up here - unless it's more than (1) item or one freakin' expensive cellie.
although, b/c it's an LU student- that may not be enough to bring him back. Guess we'll all wait and see.

We're getting made fun of for who we are and what we stand up for/believe. That just goes to show how disrespectful and classless your buds really are. No apology needed.
