Always nice to read how your opponent respects your team and its leader!

Gosh the suspense is killing me!
Great article. Mike Brown is continuing to raise his stock, and will soon be a house hold name in the FCS.

I suspect Mike Brown will be having a nice career in the NFL after he graduates. Coach Parrish is a great evaluator of QB talent so his comments about Brown are very much an honor - IMO.
I am not surprised with that kind of talent leading your team why the Flames are so highly regarded.
Sounds like the Cardinals are really going to have their hands full and hopefully can find a way to slow him down and the rest of your offense.
Should be a great game and I can't wait for it to begin.

Are these guys talking us up so that we play ourselves out of the game? I have never seen this much positive press and coverage by a Liberty opponent before.

I do think they are impressed, don't get me wrong, but there's definitely an element of psychological warfare at play.
Guys believe me the respect is genuine so enjoy it as it is rare. Obviously no coach would speak down to an opponent but this recognition was pretty much void for SEMO game.
You can also bet the Ball State team had the GWU game at Akron on the tube (GWU won in OT) so the message about parity in college got further reinforced!
