He was a big football star at Monticello High School a few years back.
Quarterback Mike Brown earned first-team All-Jefferson District as a senior in 2005.
He was part of a potent Mustang offense, both throwing and running the ball.
Brown transitioned well to college football. As a redshirt sophomore at Liberty University last year, Brown won the Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Year.

The Flames graphic in that video is terrible. However put that there should be shot....(kidding, of course....but seriously)

Yeah, it might time for the SIDs to email an updated logo up to Charlottesville and remind them it is the year 2010 and not 1995.
But I'm glad to see Mike getting some run in his hometown.
