Had one of the G-W player parents send me a PM over at championshipsubdivision.com telling me Marty Patterson got hurt, and is apparently out for the year. No details of the how or when this took place, I'll follow up when I get more info.

You can't be serious!? Won't believe until I see it in writing by a credible source. I certainly hope this isn't the case. Patterson is an absolute beast and a player that had legit NFL potential. Please keep us posted.

That gives me a sick feeling in my stomach. Outside of the game against LU, I was rooting for the guy.

Sorry to hear that. That's a tough loss, to say the least.
That also reminds me what can happen when injuries attack.

I dooubt Patterson has redshirted. Pretty sure he has been an impact player for them from day 1. Hate to hear this, even though it makes our job easier when we play them.
