Great job by the folks at FSN for getting a podcast on iTunes! I would urge anyone with an iTunes account to download and take a listen! I just listened to the first episode with Mr. York and Jeff Barber which covered a lot of basic stuff. The only thing I would change is turn off the intro background music that played the entire podcast which was a little irritating. Otherwise, fantastic stuff and I look forward to much more in the future!

Thanks for listening and encouraging others to do the same. I appreciate your thoughts on the podcast and the suggestions. Our goal is to provide our fans with the best broadcasts and content in the country.

The quality of the podcast is top-notch, and deserves better hosting than Podomatic

And I agree -- good job getting the URL on iTunes so quickly. Back in the day, it took a week (sometimes longer) to get iTunes to list a podcast feed.

Podcast update. After a meeting today with technical productions, the LF Podcast will now be hosted through the Liberty Itunes U account. Another podcast will drop the middle of this week. Thanks again for listening and Go Flames! Plus the first coaches show will air live on FSN at Doc's next Tuesday night.

What was wrong with the Liberty Flames account?

Would it be possible to get the coaches show on iTunes as well? I can never listen to the archives online through my Mac for some reason.

Nothing is wrong with the current podcast account. Hosting it with the universities help will allow us more space to provide more podcasts. Plus, technical productions can create attractive graphics for our podcast page. Overall the podcast will be a better product that will still be available on LibertyFlames.com.

I will check on hosting the coaches show through the podcast. That is a great idea! Keep them coming and thanks for listening.
