In years past, havent we done what they are doing as the countdown on CS, with the number 39 and his bio here? Id say start that up. Or make a bunch of flyers for flamefans.com and cover the campus

I agree with what you and Luconn were saying in one of the other threads, there needs to be something done this year to get new life. I would step up to the plate but im no longer in lynchburg. We need some sort of viral video haha

I'd be happy to act as tour guide in DFW for everybody. Flights are reasonable from just about everywhere and there are plenty of accommodations and great eating establishments.

I just looked up flights from Richmond. The cheapest was around $340

Two of my sisters life in DFW so I wouldnt have to worry about a hotel down that way

Fly out of DC and you can regularly score tickets at half that price. Richmond isn't exactly a major hub.

Count me in. I am planning to go in January regardless of who is playing in the game.

Its a tad closer for SumItUp & I than most on the board. I can be in Frisco in under 4 hours if I don't hit rush hour in either Houston or Dallas. Incidentally I love that complex and development in Frisco. It is very forward thinking if a tad over-the-top in scope. Then again, we're talking about Big D where there is no such thing as over-the-top.

I won't be able to go. Pretty sure our baby boy will have most of the finances used up.

If we're in the game, I can assure you that FlameFans coverage of it will be epic in a Texas-sized manner.

The talk among the players is that Frisco is the goal for this year.

I hope they keep the championship in Frisco every year. I know Chatty was convenient for SoCon & most CAA schools, but Frisco is a great way to level the playing field for all schools (unless a Southland school is involved).
