Ran across this...I guess my question is who is going to be more prepared come big south time?? Its frustrating that we have the st.francis', rm, and savannah on our schedule when you see CCU's schedule. I like our Ball State, JMU, and maybe ONE of either St.F, RM, or Sav. If we are really serious about raising our level of competition, this has to be the last year our OOC looks like this.

Compare the OOC
CCU Liberty
9/4 at West Virginia St. Francis
9/11 at Towson at Ball St.
9/18 Georgia Southern at Robert Morris
9/25 Delaware st at JMU
10/2 at Richmond Savannah st.

How does a Georgia Southern coming to Williams 9/18 sound??? a whole lot better than a Savannah st. or st. francis...

It would be more difficult to get GaSo to come to Lynchburg. The chances of GaSo beating are less than beating Coastal, and Coastal's proximity would allow GaSo(I think) to take a long bus trip as opposed to a $$plane ride$$.

Our schedule as been discussed and although I agree that we needed one more credible game, it is what it is.

With that said it depends on how those games actually pan out. Just like the speed of the game, confidence plays a factor in how well a team plays. Sure, CCU may have played better teams, but if they come out 0-5 or 1-4(more likely), Bennett's team will probably tank after a beatdown in Conway.
