CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Gardner-Webb running back Patrick Hall (Gastonia, N.C.) and Stony Brook quarterback Michael Coulter (Yorba Linda, Calif.) have been named the Big South football Choice Hotels Co-Offensive Players of the Week, and the Liberty Defense has been named the Defensive Player of the Week for games played during Week 7 of the 2009 regular-season, it was announced today by the Conference office. In addition, Liberty kicker Matt Bevins (Newport News, Va.) is the Special Teams Players of the Week, while Flames’ running back Aldreakis Allen (Colbert, Ga.) has been selected as the Freshman of the Week.

Whats funny is this is I think the third time in two years that LU has had an ENTIRE unit honored by the conference (twice for Special teams last year I think)...
