The Sagarin doesn't take DII games into account, which is why ND went up... (Stony Brook's win helped them go up...)

This now brings up the question... was JMU really that good, or did they just kind of get lucky in a monsoon? I mean it seems ever since they left Lynchburg they have just sucked! Not to say they havn't had an easy road, but the only wins they have had were in the Big South... Id figure they'd pick up atleast one of those games, now on to Williamsburg to play W&M... This could possible be the one of the hardest years ever for those boys in Harrisonburg... Wish them the best though...

I really think if we played them next week in good weather, we would win.

Also, our game was the last one for them that featured a healthy Dudzik, and I think that can't be said enough. Dudzik ran that offense to perfection. Thorpe? Not so much.

It was night and day between Dudzik and Thorpe. I can't believe there was any question at all who the QB should have been up there in Harrisonburg. At this point though, do we cheer on the Dukes to win out or hope that they lose one more game and then win out?

JMU remaining schedule
@ William & Mary
@ Delaware
Maine
@ UMass
Towson

I certainly believe that JMU wins over Delaware and Umass could potentially benefit the Flames. Any of the other teams I don't believe will have any impact (W&M,Maine and Towson)

If Thorpe was the quarterback for the entire monsoon game, I think Liberty would have won. There was a distinct difference in the way that the offense ran with Thorpe behind center.

JMU will not roll over and they will beat some good teams before the season is over. Thorpe will also get better with the game experience. JMU may have been overrated at the start of the season or it may just be related to injuries. I hope he fully recovers. Sullivan and Dudzik were the two keys to the offense against Liberty. Sullivan has not been the same since his injury in that game.

pull for JMU to lose at W&M which will eliminate the Dukes. Then pull for JMU to beat Delaware and UMass. The Towson and Maine games would then have no effect, so it would only benefit us if they won.
