LU and I have worked out a deal to rename Williams stadium to Prototype Stadium and I will be announced as the starting QB for the 2010 season. Also - new flags will be put up in front of concession stand #4.

I've changed my mind, but I have never seen such a thing. Are you talking about the master plan pdf? Because that's just an overhead outline of where it would be.
