Homecoming 2006 aka The SuperJon 20th Birthday Party. It was nice of Jerry to invite 11,000 people and hold a birthday party for me.

Definitely planning on being there- would be nice to see them squeeze about 15k into the stadium. Allow seating on the grass and I bet you could do that easily.

I will definitely be there. I'm trying to bring as many of my family as can go.

Bring a blanket. No one will stop you.

no- I need a cushy seatback and easy access to food. Maybe SJ can be my runner and keep me supplied

I am thinking about coming down. Provided the team's performance is acceptable up until that point. What I mean is am I going to be motivated to travel 12 hours down and back and take time away from my family to watch these guys play. If we don't loose our fan base early we could draw >13,000.

Stevev, I don't know whether to laugh or to cry. At least you're always consistant.

Yes you may, of course that depends on my decision to go down. Gas prices also play in my decision but the chance to meet y'all might offset that setback.

Medic, you have a good idea. We should plan at least one game for a flamefans cookout, so we can get to know those that we don't know, and see those that we do know again.

I just got a truck this year and my brother's got a smokey joe so I hope to be tailgating at a few games at least.

You have to remember, I'm on the away side. I'm not walking all the way over to get you food. Get your own food. I don't believe in food during a game. Eating before and after is perfectly acceptable though.

Let me know where ya'll are setting up...we always tailgate when we come down for a weekend game...because of kids and ministry, we only get to make about two games a year...but we'll be there with at least 3 alumni and two future.

I'll be able to come by the FlameFans tailgate a little bit.

I'm sure I could manage to walk over from East Campus to the tailgate and the game.

Yep. Mi casa is only a couple of miles from campus. If I don't show up for the game, I'd have to hate on myself for it later.
