Kennedy's memories go far beyond the goal posts
His faith has carried him; Now the future seems bright for the “Lakeland Leg”

And here comes the Liberty angle ...

Looking ahead to his future, Kennedy's not done trying to go against the odds just yet.

"As for football and school in the future, I will be heading to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., this fall," he said. "I've been in contact with the coach, and he would like me to try out and walk on after viewing my game film - so hopefully that all works out well."
