We all know what is coming... Its part of Dr. Falwell's vision for LU.
Criticize it, fight it, reject it, blast it all you want to - but change is certainly coming... and it should.

Does anybody know if this is temporary (i.e., bleachers) or permanent seating? I'm guessing the former.

Does anybody have a diagram or a layout of what the new seating will look like?

Ha that article is so vague. If they go through with the stuff they are talking about that stadium is going to be sweet!

Wow, less than ten posts in and somebody says the stupid FBS stuff. I hope to God that wink means you weren't serious.

Currently, Williams Stadium has 12,000 permanent seats...Jeff Barber, Liberty University (web) Athletics Director, said "We would expand each end of it. We're also looking at redoing the aisle patterns which possibly could get us between 15 and 16 thousand permanent seats and then we'll see where it goes from there.
Trying to do the math here...4,000 more seats...4 corners...is that about 1,000 seats per corner?

SuperJon, good morning to you!...You got to lighten up man. You've been on this board long enough to know what's going to come from inexperienced posters such as myself.

I figured the wink was joking, but you have been here long enough to know that people are going to take that seriously.

This is an awesome add on, I hope we can fill them all for more than JMU. Can't wait to see all the changes.

This is terrible news. We’ll no longer be among the top 10 in the country at filling stadium capacity.
