No chance against Moo U, sorry. Feel free to quote me if I'm wrong.

ToTheLeft wrote:I think we could hang with low level ACC schools... but to say that we have a chance of winning (which I interpret as like, 25% or more chance... otherwise you would say "slim chance" or "slight opportunity"), is pretty absurd...Where are you coming up with these numbers??? 25%??? A chance of winning is anything over 0.00%
jcmanson wrote:Wow, I don’t know where to start. I don’t think we’d beat UNC in basketball even if we played them 1,000,000 times. Also, NCSU is not “several levels above us”. They are FBS, we are FCS. That’s one level. And no NCSU doesn’t have 5 Phillip Rivers. He rewrote their record book, and they haven’t had 5 Philip Rivers in their history.Levels

Second of all, GW played the best game they could play, out-produced GT in every statistical category, and still couldn't manage more than 7 points, nor could they manage a win.
Third of all, GT was starting their 3rd string QB in their new triple option offense... kinda of a rough assignment for a senior who didn't even throw the ball 40 times his entire career, much less get any sort of legit playing time in that timing based offense.
That game is proof of my point. All the stars aligned for GW to win... and they didn't.

It would absolutely destroy, & I mean destroy, any wuffpecker fans if we beat them at Carter-Finely.....which would be much to my delight.
