As some of my friends on the JMU board were thinking about our game next year, we were wondering what your policies are about tailgating before/after a LU football game?

Traditional tailgating is not allowed on campus. I will offer to try to find a spot to tailgate with you if you would like. I do have season tickets to UVa. football but the Flames always come first! A warning for you though if you would like to accept is that my future wife and I like to cook out and play a lot of Corn-Hole before the games. Just let me know what you guys are interested. Go FLAMES!!!...but let welcome the Dukes:)

I know it is ridiculously early, but do we know if the bookstore will be completed in time to regain some of that parking lot this fall?

It seems like everything else that has been built on campus has been up faster than the bookstore
But on a serious note I thought that the bookstore was suppose to be done before the students got back this Spring so I can only imaging that it will be done by the fall.

about the bookstore taking so long, do you guys not remember them building docs diner last year? They started that in the summer and barely finished the week before school ended, and it was a much smaller building. Whats even funnier, is how living about it last year in 23, could not wait for it to open. Now that it is open, no one wants to go there because it sucks so much.

I went there when I was in town for a football game to try it out and the food was good. I will say that there was a young woman working there treating the Hostess horribly and it was an awful experience. I was sitting there going :jawdropper

It's looking to be about done inside, from what I have seen this past week.

Thanks for resolving that for me. This should certainly help the tailgating bottlenecks.
