Charlottesville High School’s Kevin Leatherwood has solidified plans for the next four years, verbally committing to Norfolk State University to play football.
Leatherwood, a four-year starter at quarterback for the Black Knights, committing to a scholarship offer. Leatherwood will likely play quarterback for the Spartans.
