I say there is no way they can keep us out of the playoffs with the way we played today. For the second year in a row we end the regular season with an impressive win but this time I think we get a chance to play on for the 1st time in history.

I'm always here. (well not always but I visit on Saturdays)

FlameFans.com, the best place to lurk, laugh and keep track of our Flames.

Playoffs. Playoffs. Playoffs.

What time tomorrow can we expect to hear from the committee?

Now all we need is Sam to beat Oregon's star Olympian at NCAA's on Monday.

This win should get us in the playoffs. We knocked off a quality team convincingly. This was an unbelievable game we played from start to finish in all aspects of the game. I hope that Domenic is okay. Impressed with the defensive effort today and totally unexpected. I will be ticked if we don't make postseason.

Yeah, Dom's injury looked like it could be serious. Hopefully it is not as bad as it appeared.

The margin of victory of this game MIGHT get you in.

I knew we had a shot at this win, but I never figured we'd dominate this way. 26-3??! I'm still having a hard time believing it. This is a playoff-caliber team. The defense and special teams showed up today in ways that they haven't for much of the season. I think our inability to punch it in in the red zone I think is more a tribute to Elon's goal-line defense than any fault on our offense's part.

The Liberty team that showed up today has the potential to surprise a #1 seed in the playoffs. :o

Hope I'm wrong but it really doesn't look like Dominic will be playing football any time soon. The way Mike Brown stepped up sure makes me feel better about playing without him though.

All I have to say is that I'm nervous about tomorrow night.

Looking at Elon's back to back games against App state and then us should impress the comittee.

that App State was w/o Armanti Edwards. as a JMU fan, I'd love to see Liberty in Harrisonburg as opposed to Wofford or Maine, but I just don't think it's gonna happen.

the way we just completely dominated this game puts us in a great, great spot....I just hope the committee sees the presby loss was a complete fluke thing

Perusing AGS it appears some us battling William & Mary for the final berth. The Tribe's comeback today is making it tough for us.

W&M lost! Any "comeback" that includes recovering an onside kick (mostly luck) and doesn't end in a win shouldn't mean squat.

AWESOME JOB BY THE LUnatics and LU band today. Though small in numbers...there was A LOT OF NOISE. Props to the baptist side, too. It made for an exciting atmosphere on the sidelines, today.

Today they're losing big to VMI. I still can't figure out what happened that day. Complete fluke pretty much says it.
