Here's your chance to have better music played at games

Since everyone's favorite thing to do the past two weeks is complain about the music being played, here's your chance to help solve the problem. Below is a basic list of rules that we have to go by in terms of music that is played. If you post songs, artist and title, I will download them and personally take them to athletics. I need them by Thursday night though.
1) No edited songs aloud
2) No references to things not in Compliance with the Liberty Way
3) No Worship Songs
4) No groups such as AC/DC, Metallica, Village People, Michael Jackson, among others
5) No back beats from popular songs without the words.
Figure out something that complies with all five of those, post them in here, and we'll see if we can get them played on Saturday.

no worship music?!?!?!?!
No seriously, why no Michael Jackson? Same reason we don't hear "hey" anymore? (not the "you suck" reason)

They played the Hey Song on Saturday.
We don't play Michael Jackson because of the lifestyle that he represents and the administration at Liberty doesn't want to be mistakenly seen as associating with him.

Interesting since many schools have banned the hey song on account of Gary Glitter's conviction on child pornography charges. Or maybe that was just the NFL.

That "among others" is pretty important. Is there a rule 6 that determines that?

It is a classic stadium rock song...but I doubt anything by Queen will pass muster with Supe's guidelines.
I remember back when basically all you heard at and before games was worship music.

Things Ive always enjoyed are famous movie lines as well....
Example:
"You want me on this wall....you need me on this wall"
when the refs meet together in the middle of the field to talk about a call:
"I want the truth!" You cant handle the truth!!!!"

if your going to do quotes, you gotta throw in the speech from rudy "No body...comes in our house...and throws us around...nobody"

Quotes work best with a pregame video that plays right before the team comes out of the tunnel and they don't want to do that at this point in time.

Do they play "Boom" from P.O.D?
Another good one is "Move" from TFK

the one from rudy would work best to get the crowd pumped up when they arent making noise and they need to be

quotes work great during a game. at Duke they play them and it is great. they play short 3-5 sec video clips with famous scenes like "your my boy blue" from old school. i'd love to see us do something like that, although i doubt we see any old school clips

Yeah quotes are sometimes better then songs b/c you can play them when you only have a few seconds instead of the 30-45 seconds when you play a clip of a song...and you get an instant reaction
